Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

  1. Faulty Product

In the event that the product arrives damaged or broken, contact us at cheers@transylvaniaspirits.com.au within seven (7) days of the date you received your order with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the faulty products

  • Proof of purchase (either confirmation email, order invoice or original receipt)

If the item is faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise in breach of Australian Consumer Law, then we will meet our obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery, replacing the product or offering store credit. These are only valid if you provide satisfactory evidence of faulty or damaged product and a valid proof of purchase.

Transylvania Spirits complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law, which provides consumer guarantees on the quality of goods. We can assist you with the above provided that on assessment by us:

  • the product Is faulty, damaged, or defective

  • the product varies significantly to our images and/or description

  • the product received is not what was ordered

  1. Returns Process

Provided the product is not leaking, opened or consumed, please return the product to the following address:

We will cover the cost of the return.

  1. Refund, Replacement or Store Credit

Please note that we may not always be able to offer a replacement on some products if there is no longer stock available. 

If you are entitled to a refund, it will be returned in the same manner as the original payment method. For purchases made by debit or credit card, the cardholder and same card are required to process the refund as was originally used for the purchase. 

Please note that the processing time is between 7-10 business days.

  1. Consumer Guarantees

This Policy is not intended to replace or exclude any rights available to you under Australian Consumer Law. Where an item is damaged through misuse, Transylvania Spirits cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair. 

Our liability is governed solely by the ACL, this policy and the terms and conditions on our website. 

  1. Amendment

This Policy may be amended from time to time by Transylvania Spirits, without prior notice. Any purchase from us following such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept the amendments. We recommend you check the Terms and Conditions on our website before making a purchase. 

Our agents, employees and third parties do not have authorization to change this Policy.
